BlueTarp Financial Welcomes Visa and Former American Express Executives to Its Board

BlueTarp Financial, the building supply industry’s leading credit management company, today announced the addition of Alpesh Chokshi and Kim Crawford Goodman to its Board of Directors. Both appointments were effective June 25, 2015.

Alpesh recently joined Visa Inc. as Head of National Accounts, and has held several senior leadership positions at American Express Company, most recently as President, International Payment Options. Additional roles at American Express included serving as President of the Global Prepaid and Travelers Cheque divisions. Earlier in his career he co-founded and served as Senior Partner, Board Member and Head of the Financial Services Practice at Mitchell Madison management consulting.

Alpesh earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in Economics and M.B.A. in Finance and Management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Kim has held several senior leadership positions spanning both financial services and technology, most recently as President of Global Business Travel at American Express Company, where she also previously served as President of Merchant Services for the Americas. Earlier in her career, Kim served in several roles at Dell Inc. as Vice President and General Manager, including within the Dell Networking, Public Sector, and Software & Peripherals divisions. Prior to Dell, Kim served in several roles including Partner at Bain & Company management consulting.

Kim earned a B.A. in Political Science and M.S. in Industrial Engineering at Stanford University, and M.B.A. at Harvard Business School.
