Matt is actively involved in the firm’s investment process, including sourcing, due diligence, and unlocking inorganic growth opportunities for portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Long Ridge, Matt worked at August Equity, a mid-market private equity firm in London, where he was on the investment team and focused on the origination of new platform investments and acquisitions for portfolio companies. Earlier in his career, he managed the mid-market private equity team at Third Bridge, a global investment research and expert network firm.

Matt holds a B.A. in History from Princeton University.

Matt resides in New York, New York with his wife.
