Nathan Gantcher is the former Vice Chairman of CIBC World Markets Corporation, the US section broker/dealer of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC). Nathan had been with Oppenheimer since 1968 and served as its President and CEO from 1983 until the firm was acquired by CIBC in 1997. Currently, Nathan is a managing member of EXOP Capital LLC.
Previously, Nathan served as the Co-Chairman and CEO of Alpha Investment Management. Nathan ran the firm until it was sold to Safra National Bank in 2004.
Additionally, Nathan has served as a Director on the Boards of Tufts University and Liquidnet. He currently serves on the boards of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Montefiore Hospital and on the Board of Overseers at Columbia Business School.
Nathan received a B.A. from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
Todd is the former CFO of Citigroup and the CEO of Citigroup’s Global Wealth Management division. From 1998 through 2007, Todd was a member of the most senior operating committees of the firm, including the Citigroup Business Heads and Management Committees. He also was Vice-Chairman and a Director of Citibank, N.A. Currently, Todd is the co-founder and Chairman of Dynasty Financial Partners. He is also CEO of Headwaters Capital.
Previously, Todd was SVP Strategy and Acquisitions of GE Capital, Partner at Barents Group, and Manager at Bain & Co.
Additionally, Todd serves as the Lead Director of the Board of Cyren, LTD.
Todd received a B.A. in Economics from Davidson College and an M.B.A. with distinction from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Marc Sherman is the founder of Wilsher Group, a leading dealer and market maker in the fixed income and commodities markets.
As a private investor, Marc’s focus is in the financial and commodities markets.
Previously, Marc co-founded the Financial Services Division of Conti-Commodities, a subsidiary of Continental Grain Corp, the largest privately-held commodity operation in the world.
Marc received a B.A. with distinction in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. with distinction from New York University.
Eric is the co-founder of Liquidnet and served as COO from 1999 to 2006. Currently, he serves as President and COO of Evermore Global Advisors.
Previously, Eric launched VIE Systems, which he subsequently sold to New Era of Networks, Inc. He also founded Compliance Solutions, Inc. in 1988. Eric also served as Compliance Officer, Research Analyst and Senior Vice President of Operations at Mutual Series Fund. He implemented the mutual fund industry’s first commercially available order management, pre-trade portfolio compliance and employee trade monitoring systems.
Additionally, Eric serves as a Director on the Evermore Global Advisors Board and as a Trustee on the Boards of Evermore Funds Trust and the Summit Area Public Foundation.
Eric received a A.B./B.S. in Finance from Georgetown University.
Cliff served as Executive Vice President and Head of e-Exchange at State Street. He joined the company in 2006 as part of the acquisition of Currenex.
Previously, Cliff served as the COO at BRIDGE eMarkets, a unit of Bridge Information Systems. He was also an executive at CBOT and a Management Board Member for CBOT-EUREX Joint Venture, Inc. Cliff ran electronic trading during his tenure at CBOT. Cliff was also a senior executive at the World Bank Group. He was also a Partner in the International Financial Services Group at KPMG Peat Marwick.
Additionally, Cliff serves as Chairman at Currenex, a Member of the Supervisory Board at Eurex Clearing AG, and an Independent Director at Eris Exchange. Cliff is also an active member of several advisory groups on international economics and finance at the Heritage Foundation Cato Institute and American Enterprise Institute. He was a top official at USAID, initially responsible for budget and policy planning, and then heading the US Government’s efforts to assist the newly free countries of Central and Eastern Europe. He is also a Fellow of Harvard University’s Center for International Affairs.
Cliff received his B.A. from Harvard College.
Alfred served as the CEO of Portware from 2012 to 2017, during which he led the acquisition of the assets of Aritas Group and the sale of Portware to FactSet in 2015. Alfred also served as the Head of U S Equities at Liquidnet Holdings, Inc., and the Global Head of Corporate Strategy at Liquidnet Holdings. Currently, he is the co-founder of Salt Financial LLC.
Previously, Alfred was the Director of Corporate Strategy of Liquidnet Holdings, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Miletus Trading, and the head of business development for the operations, trading and technology division and developed an international executive conferences business of Thomson Financial’s Investment Marketing Group.
Alfred received a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from Baruch College.
