The Outcome

In January 2024, Webster Bank acquired Ametros. The sale marked the culmination of our seven-year partnership in which Ametros grew revenue over 10x, achieved profitability, and scaled EBITDA significantly.

The Ametros case study exemplifies our partnership-driven approach to value creation. We identified an emerging company in a specialized market and worked collaboratively with management to refine the business model and accelerate growth.
