Aiden is actively involved in sourcing new investments and screening prospective opportunities for the firm. He also works on due diligence, deal execution, and with portfolio company executive teams.

Prior to joining Long Ridge, Aiden worked at Wingman Growth Partners, a technology-focused private equity firm.

Aiden graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.B.A. in Finance.
