Elle is actively involved in sourcing new investments and screening prospective opportunities for the firm. She also works on due diligence, deal execution, and with portfolio company executive teams.

Prior to joining Long Ridge, Elle worked at Draper Associates, an early-stage venture capital firm.

Elle graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
