JP is actively involved in sourcing new investments and screening prospective opportunities for the firm. He also works on due diligence, deal execution, and with portfolio company executive teams.

Prior to joining Long Ridge, JP worked at Battery Ventures, a software-focused venture capital and growth equity firm.

JP holds a B.A. in Sport Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan.
