Kate supports the accounting and finance functions, helping to maintain accurate financial reporting, ensure compliance, facilitate audits, manage internal controls, and contribute to analyses that drive business decision-making.

Prior to joining Long Ridge, Kate served as the senior finance leader at four start-up funds, building operational infrastructure and streamlining existing processes for greater efficiency.

Kate holds a B.S. and M.S. in Accountancy from Bentley University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
