Paulina is responsible for leading network development and marketing initiatives across the firm.

Prior to joining Long Ridge, Paulina worked at B Capital, where she led value creation for the early-stage portfolio with a focus on business development and go-to-market strategy. Earlier in her career, she was co-founder and CEO of a media and education company and began her career at J.P. Morgan Asset Management.

Paulina holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Dartmouth College.

Paulina resides in New York, New York with her husband and two daughters.
