Jason leads deal teams focused on all aspects of the firm’s investments, from origination and due diligence through deal structuring, execution, and post-investment portfolio management.
Jason is a Director of Pacific Crest Services, Ripjar, and ProcessUnity. He served as Chairman of NinjaTrader until its acquisition by Kraken, and was formerly a Director of AuthenticID and Drawbridge.
Prior to joining Long Ridge, Jason worked at Barclays in the Financial Institutions Group, where he advised financial technology and services companies on M&A and capital markets transactions.
Jason holds a B.S. in Business Management, with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Finance, from Babson College. He is on the board of the National Safety Council.
Jason resides in New York, New York with his wife and daughter.
